XHX-26 Crimp Contraction Tester

Crimp Contraction Tester  is controlled by the computer to measure thermal crimp contraction and boiling water contraction properties of textured filament (polyester, acrylic and polypropylene). 

Crimp Contraction CC(%) = [(Lg－Lz) / Lg]×100%

Crimp Modulus CM(%) = [(Lg－Lf) / Lg]×100%

Crimp Stability CS(%) = [(Lg－Lb) / (Lg－Lz)]×100%

Its principle and performance are in accordance with GB/T6506 – 2001 <Test method of crimp contraction performance of textured filament of synthetic fiber> and GB/T6505 – 2001 <Test method of boiling water contraction rate of textured filament of synthetic fiber>, BISFA

In course of measuring it has functions of automatic load changing, automatic load adding, automatic timing, automatic length measuring and automatic zeroing etc. and result of measurement can be automatically calculated and printed.

Adopt WINDOWS operating system and English interface, it has friendly man-machine dialogue function and characteristics of easy operation, software self-judgment of trouble and English prompts.

Adopt high precision positioning system,do not need to repeatedly,greatly improve work efficiency.

Adopt high end ball screw,which has high measuring precision and good reproducibility.

Adopt industrial touch screen,and the software can be implemented in both English and Chinese.

Test data can be stored automatically on disk for easy management and application.

Test data of software can be set by yourself according to requirement of customer for analysis of quality management.
